Will you get a job?

It’s important to understand the labor market conditions and job trends when choosing a new profession. For example, nursing graduates will have a much easier time finding a job in Maine due to the nursing shortage than someone graduating with a Philosophy degree looking for a job in writing. That’s not to say that you shouldn’t follow your passion because Maine has a high ratio of sole proprietorship or self-employed workers.
